How clubs work for hosts
Key Takeaways
- Your club is yours: your name, your brand, your members.
- You approve every member against your own requirements.
- Every event grows your club, and at 300 members you can add paid tiers.
On Halllo, everything starts with a club. It's your community of singles, with your name on it and your standards at the door. Halllo powers the technology. You own the relationship.
Create your club in eight steps
You build your club in the Halllo app on iPhone, in eight steps. It's free to create one.
- Your brand. Its name, category, city, cover photo and social links. Members join your club, not ours.
- Your requirements. Who the club is for: an age range, a background, a faith, values, a stage of life. They apply to every event your club runs.
- Your questions. Up to six questions every applicant answers, so you know who someone is before you say yes.
Approve every member
Nobody joins without your yes. You see each applicant's profile and answers, check them against your requirements, and approve or decline. When you decline, you can say why, in your own words.
- Two ways in. People apply from your club's page, or register for one of its events. Every guest you approve for an event joins your club too.
- Founding members. Everyone who joins before you set a membership fee is a founding member, and never pays one.
A club that grows with every event
Your members stay your members between events. Every event adds to your roster, and every member makes the next event worth more. Between events, your members meet each other in the club app.
Your club's home
Applications, members, events, your team and paid tiers, in one place.
Your team
Invite co-hosts to run events with you, and matchmakers to run your club's matchmaking.
Paid tiers, from 300 members
Once your club reaches 300 approved members, you can turn on Memberships and Matchmaking, one at a time and only when you choose. Until you do, nothing changes for your members. Learn how hosts earn.
About Halllo
Halllo is re-inventing how singles meet, match, and connect. Hosts build members-only social clubs, and singles meet in person first at Meet Before You Swipe® events, then match after.
